[2.1.17] Power switch state controlled by circuit not grayed out

What did I do
Connected a power switch to a circuit network to manage its on/off state.
What happened
The on/off switch did not gray out, appears clickable, and responds to mouse hover and clicks without state changes.
What did I expect
For the on/off switch to gray out similar to other circuit controllable switches in other structures like splitters or inserters.

Always.
Enabled Mods
Vanilla only: Elevated Rails, Recycler, Quality, Space age
