[2.1.17] Ctrl+click modules insert and moving causes loss of modules by "sink effect"

#What did you do?
Hold a stack of modules in the cursor, then Ctrl+click for fast insert modules into machines, then as the Crtl and mouse key are pressed, I move around to fast insert modules, but if I keep going back and forth for the same machine the modules keep being inserted until I lost all the stack, as the machine becomes a sink to the modules.

> Happened in electromagnet plants in Fulgora, working, with super conductor and super capacitor recipes.
> In the save file provided only the right plant doing super capacitors seems to become a sink, but if you play around both become sinks.
> It works if you Ctrl click on the plant first, or outside, and then begin to move left and right

#What happened?
As I move around and the mouse passes over the same plant it keeps eating my modules until none are left.

#What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Only insert modules one time and not eat my modules into oblivion.

#Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Happens consistently on the provided save file.

Hi. I noticed in your setup, the mentioned EMplants have all chests between each other, are you sure you haven't swiped over them and inserted the modules into some chests?

If not, could you send a save AFTER this occured (with info of which modules and how much was lost) - if this indeed is a bug, it is much more likely the modules where transfered somewhere rather than outright lost.

I also looked at the save and was not able to reproduce any such issues. Based off what you're saying and the setup in-game I also suspect you're inserting them into the requester chests, or active provider chests nearby.

You guys are right, I need to stop playing late into the night, sorry to waste your time :(

One contributing factor was that I was checking another requester chest and was not seeing the modules back into the network, which makes sense now because blue and pink chest don't make their contents available. I hope at least you had some "look at this noob/user laughs"
