[2.1.17] Power pole graphs show full green bars when unconnected

Hello, i noticed that unconnected power poles show fully green bars when not connectoed to a power source/consumer.
when connected to a consumer, only the satisfaction bar behaves correctly.
power pole not connected to anything:
Left Pole:
Right Pole:
When there is a consumer connected:

What did you do?
Placed Electric Poles without a connection to a power source
What happened?
The Satisfaction/Production/Accumulator Charge Bars are 100% green
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
i expect all Bars to be grey/empty like the satisfaction bar in the last screenshot
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
happens always
when connected to a consumer, only the satisfaction bar behaves correctly.
