[2.1.17] Unable to parameterize unchecked options in Circuit Connection

Trying to parametrize the "Enable If" condition in a blueprint, but want to keep "Enable If" unchecked by default. However, it seems unchecked conditions are not picked up for parametrization. On the other hand, if "Enable If" is checked, then it is eligible for parametrization. Same for "Set stack size".
