[2.1.17] Access violation when unchecking "Read contents" in platform hub

I have a consistent crash in this save that occurs when editing the circuit network conditions on this platform hub. To reproduce, open this save, open the hub of the open platform, uncheck "Read contents" in circuit network settings. The game will crash within about a second. I have 4 logs reproducing the same crash.
