TL;DR

When I connect a circuit logic wire to a train stop, I want to be able to read the locomotive content (fuel quantity and types).

What?

Just like reading the cargo content of a train, I would like to read the fuel content of a train.

Why?

This would help me avoid over-fueling my trains.
In the mod i'm playing right now, fuel is cheap, but reusable fuel containers are extremely expensive. I would have like to be able to limit
the amount of fuel I insert in the locomotive.
This would also help control spoilage in case a mod has the idea of having spoilable fuel (like in real like I guess...)
