QOL request: remove default planet for cargo requests from blueprint

TLDR:
remove default planet when requesting buildings by adding a request section with a blueprint in hand, so ships can easily be built in orbits other than nauvis.
(images below might be all you need to see.)

what:
in space hub when "add section" is clicked with a blueprint in hand, all building materials are requested as shown below.
(this is a usefull QOL feature that also works on constant combinators and personal reuests)

step 1

the problem is all items that are not limited to a single planet are given a default import planet nauvis, even though items are available at the current planet.
(items limited to a single planet such as foundry or stack inserter are given vulcanus and gleba as expected.)

step 2

step 3: change the import planet from ALL items to not be any specific planet.

why:
many players switch to vulcanus for building spaceships so defaulting to nauvis just doesnt make sense.

i understand that in early game you might not want to request items from a planet not yet capable of making more items, so the request group can be turned off when manually doing step 1 so the player has time to change plan.

the default planet can still be nauvis for nauvis related items such as spidertron, nuclear reactor, biter eggs.
(yes i know nuclear reactor can be crafted on vulcanus but so can stack inserters, so its up to the devs to put reactor on nauvis or no default)

A QoL feature I'd like to see that would address this use case is being able to set import-from for an entire logistics group all at once.
