Pretty self-explanatory. While playing 2.1.16, I've noticed that any science pack that is NOT common quality cannot be picked up with a deconstructor set to Item on Ground. I've tested all but Promethium Science packs. Common science gets marked and picked up just fine. All others are ignored. This would be very handy when my freight space platforms are overloaded with epic Metallurgic Science Packs and I have to delete the middle of my space platform to mark and remove them. A quick undo sets things right, but the Item on Ground entity is so handy for this!

Playing Factorio 2.1.16 on MacOS 26.4.1.

Is your deconstruction planner configured for "Any quality", or is it at default "normal quality only"?

Not a bug. This is a consequence of 130563 and you need to select quality.

Man... I thought I was cool because I thought I'd found a bug to squash and make the game better. Turns out I was just ignorant instead. Now I've learned and can be better for it.
