EM Plant has a high fluid value inside

I am seeing this in my EM Plant, the light oil value inside is 22k and slowly keeps rising, noticed it when it was already 18k.
This doesnt seem to be actual light oil inside the plant, just a bug in the value being displayed as, if i deconstruct it and put it back, the value remains the same inside the plant but the total fluid in the pipeline doesnt change while deconstructing or reconstructing it while i would expect the oil to go into the tanks while the plant is removed.
