Fix 'Working' indicator on new assembler design being hidden by long inserters

TL;DR
The new assembler designs in 2.1 have a green light to indicate that the assembler is working. This light is hidden when there is an idle long inserter placed below the machine.

What?
All the machines in this screenshot are working, but the green light on the middle assembler is being covered up by the long inserter right under it.

This could be remedied by either moving the green light slightly higher, or perhaps having it render above the inserter.
Why?
The new green indicator is nice to quickly see if all machines are running, but this little issue makes it a bit hard to tell in certain designs.

Giving the light a little bit of a glow might fix that, but it seems a bit unnecessary to do
