Edit: Unload is not checked, my bad.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure out what. The ship with 2000 Agri Science is in orbit at Nauvis. Nauvis is requesting 2000 science packs, but the ship is not sending them down automatically.

The “Unload” checkbox is un-ticked in the first Schedule entry in your Screenshot.
