Lightning Rods = Powerpoles

So there are 3 lightning catchers:
(1) The native one
(2) The buildable one
(3) The better buildable one
I propose they act as powerpoles, integrating the electric network more seamlessly by automatically connecting to electrical wires and being poles themselves:
(1) would just connect to wires; it should also occur more throughout the world, just for flavour (doesn't have to be too common)
(2) would also have the feeding range of a medium (?) pole and be able to carry circuit wires
(3) like (2) but with substantion range=reach
Ranges upgradeable by quality
Because it feels silly to need lightning catchers AND powerpoles when the lightning catchers are (usually? preferably? might-as-well-ly?) what powers the network; looks particularly silly in the context of accumulator fields
Bonus Idea: special better accumulator, unlocked on Fulgora
