Blueprint Module Crafting Speeds

When modules are placed into an assembling machine blueprint, the blueprint does not display the updated crafting speed as it does when the assembling machine is placed physically with the modules.
- Notice how between the three images, the speed at which the green circuits are crafted is only displayed to be changed when the assembling machine physically exists.
- This should be updated to display the crafting speed of the blueprint with consideration to the modules rather than displaying the crafting speed of the assembling machine regardless of module content in the blueprint.
