"Quests" log with pictures

I need a way to easily (without typing: dragging or copy-pasting would be best, in the same manner that a requester chest can be pasted with what a machine needs) put on the side of my screen the recipes used by machines and their ingredients, in the manner of tutorial quests to tell myself which things to make and which ingredients to route to the machines that make them
Preferably in the form of the icons for each thing, but also having the name would be good, and the ability to tick off each individual ingredient
Example:

--[iron plate icon]
--[copper wire icon]
Perhaps a mod that I have yet to find might do this*, but that would prevent achievements, and I realise this is more of a request than a suggestion, but the reason I need it is because things basically don't exist if I can't see them, and I have burned out of multiple playthrough attempts because I can't remember what production chains I need to set up or what ingredients I need to route to them as I am doing it
I realise that this might be an odd request, as most people don't have such aggressive threshold syndrome, but I love this game... and yet I can never get very far, or take ages to get there, because I am constantly spacing out due to forgetting what I should be doing; I have tried screenshotting recipes and pasting them onto paint on a side monitor, but that gets messy quickly and the glare is disturbing... perhaps a better programme exists, something that allows placing and moving boxes and drawing arrows between them?

*Task List and Todo List don't: they don't have pictures (or didn't last time I tried, or I couldn't find that feature) and trying to navigate them is usually enough to make me forget what I'm doing
