[2.1.14] Sleep inhibit incorrectly attributed to steam

Factorio should very obviously not be borrowing Steam's authority for this, especially when paired with the current reason.
X11: Locking twice (2.1.14: locking as steam both times, 2.0.77: locking as factorio once, and locking as steam once)
Wayland: Locking once (2.1.14: locking as steam, 2.0.77: locking as factorio)
Also please use a less generic reason. "Factorio does not support sleep inhibit" would be a more apt reason as the current reason implies that it wouldn't lock when pausing in singleplayer (which is not the case).
You have to trust me on the Wayland versus X11 differences here [not that it really matters], I cannot be bothered to re-do all the screenshots (why tf does the forum not warn you when you quit the "new topic" thingy by clicking on an attachment by accident - like come on, this is a solved problem).
Differences in log files are X11 versus Wayland and version differences, see log file contents for further info.
Reproducibility: On my system, always.
