[2.1.7] Map preview is tiny at 4K

I recently got a 4k monitor and it has made using the map preview absolutely hell
map preview at 4k(sorry about the hdr brightness issues)(250% pixel interface scaling):
1440p for reference (125% pixel interface scaling): ^remember that even this image is at a higher res than what many people play at, if you use 1080p the scaling is much more reasonable and i feel that all resolutions should have the scaling set to line up with 1080p
i am aware that the preview scales to 1 pixel per tile, this is cool and all but a scale option for it or even just a zoom option in the preview itself would fix this issue. its genuinely impossible to properly find seeds at this res because oil is near impossible to spot if it is not out in the very open, even ore patches like coal are super hard to see depending on what tile type is behind them. and this is on a 43in monitor at only 2-4 feet away, i have to lean in whenever im looking at seeds and that still doesnt help
(i realize now that i was on a slightly older version when taking these ss's, as far as im aware its the same in the newest experimental so i hope thats okay)
