No, unfortunately I don't, as I am still not too familar with the new building and it's exact purpose yet (except from it's announcement in the FFF). "Special [Cargo Bay] that provides access to all items from connected [Cargo Landing Pads] and [Cargo Bays]. Increases the landing pad inventory size, but does not contain a cargo hatch."
I also noticed that the description for the Cargo Bay is missing some information:
"Increases the hub and landing pad inventory size."
It should probably also say:
"Adds an additional cargo hatch to the hub and landing pad."
