Structures sent to the space platform disappear when multiple structure types are sent.
They are not deployed and they are no longer in your inventory.

Providing the related save file. Cases tested:

• All structure types on the same rocket (fail).
• Individual structure types on individual rockets (pass).
• Combination of structure types sending them 2 at a time
  • Turbines + Electric furnaces (pass)
  • Turbines + inserters (fail)
  • Turbines + heat exchangers (pass)
  • Heat exchangers + inserters (fail)
  • Heat exchangers + Electric furnaces (pass)
  • Electric furnaces + inserters (fail)

This suggests an issue when structures are sent along with inserters.
Not sure if this is relevant but all structures being sent are of epic quality.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. Your inserter unloaded them to the belt leading to nuclear reactor.
