TL;DR

Allow placement of the display panel over the transport belt. Also add dynamic arrow icon to always point in the same direction as the transport belt is going to, regardless of the BP rotation.

Why?

I find it a bit annoying to put display panels in my BPs next to inputs/outputs lines if they're very compact (usually next to each other). Because display panels can't be placed directly above the belt line they're meant to describe, sometimes I just can't easily read what should get in and what's going out without scanning the entire belt. This change would allow for one look to know for sure. Hopefully not a big thing, just some simple QoL.

You could do this with underground belts.

Re underground bets - you could, but it would be way cooler and more satisfying if the display panel got thin sheet metal supports that clip on the sides of the belt without blocking it instead, sort of like this:

Yeah, something like that, orientation independent would be plus too.

I do that sometimes, but it feels not enough, especially when trying to save space in BP.
