The robots are transparent and can't be targeted. I also can't pick them up. Additionally, some of them are unable to find storage space even though there are plenty of free storage chests available in my logistics network.

As for the bug report. This is Not a bug. You have "hide tall entities" option enabled in the shortcut bar and it makes flying robots become transparent to make it easier to see and interact with entities on ground.
