"No category" description incorrectly states default.

"No category" category says
The statement about default should probably just be removed, or actually turned into default if that was the intention.
However, when clicking "My mods" -> "Submit mod", the default value is clearly "Content"No category - Mods escaping the bounds of mod portal categorization. It's also the default for new mods.
