Fluids in Production Buildings

The usual buffer for liquid inputs in production buildings isn't working properly, such as EM plants producing quantum processors being able to hold 100k+ cold fluoroketone, and Fulgora recipes also doing the same. I think this is just EM plants, as rocket fuel assembly machines still work the same.

They hold what is in their fluid box, which is more than other entities as they have a pass through connection.
