Circuit control radar channels

TL;DR
The ability to use the circuit network to control the mode of operation, and for universal mode, the channel that a radar is using to send and receive information.
What?
Using the circuit network to control the radar channel to allow a single radar to scan multiple channels.
Why?
Currently to use multiple channels requires setting up multiple radars. The ability to switch channels would allow smaller footprints which would be useful for platforms.
