I have encountered another issue that might be a bug. I am trying to set up a personal logistic request for quality modules 3 of any quality, but when I select the “any quality” filter the box where I type the number I want becomes greyed out. Am I missing something or is it a bug?

Such feature never existed because logistic network needs requests for specific items to be given and it would be ambiguous if request "quality module 3, any quality = 100" means "100 total" or "100 each". You can use any quality but that disables ability to request, you can only trash items.

Secondly, would it be easy to make possible to request same item of different quality as different item? Like multiple request for quality module 3 but each different quality? But if it is not easy then nevermind, I know I am guilt of manually doing something I should be automating... it is my first time with quality though, before any harsh judgments =]

Yes, you can already do that. You may need to change the quality first but then you should be able to select the same item.
