TL;DR

I request a functionality to set a list of items that rocket silos in automatic mode will ignore to send up to the requesting platform.

What?

I want to configure a list of items rocket silos in automatic mode will not send up to requesting platforms. If a platform arrives with circuit controlled requests, that platform cannot control whether the request is for orbiting platforms only, so a means to deny a request on the planet is required, similar to the 0 request functionality to deny a planet request on a platform.

How to implement:
Add an item list to the rocket silo to configure items that are never being requested in automatic mode. With logistic groups, it's easy to keep the blacklist of multiple rocket silos in sync.
Additionally, add the ability to set blacklist with circuit network.

Why?

Suppose there is a manufacturing platform in orbit that crafts items to supply it to other platforms as well as to the planet. For example the quantum processor.
Suppose it just sent all its processors down to the planet due to a planet request. The planet starts using the processors but they're still in the logistic network.
Another platform arrives with a circuit controlled request for quantum processors. The manufacturing platform is out of stock but the planet has the stock it just got, so it will start a rocket and send it to the new platform instead of keeping it for local manufacture as intended.

To currently prevent this unintended item stealing, it's mandatory the planet will immediately remove any requested item from its logistic network, or not use automatic rocket silos at all, but that's not even a good workaround.

This is also one of possible solutions to my problem, that is not relaunching just dropped things to other platform.

Nauvis is my provider for building materials and i have platform dedicated for this transports. Im done with Vulcanus and going for Fulgora now. I have ship on route Vulcanus-Nauvis moving science and BMD. I want my other platform on Nauvis-Fulgora route droping me things, BMD included. At any case i dont want to change platform routes. In 2.0 i have to drop BMD to Nauvis and relaunch them to materials platform, in 2.1 i can activate platform to platform and even restrict source as platform, its done but they must be there at same time.

Whole thing is about buffer hub, i dont want my materials platform to wait so i need buffer, i want BMD on both Nauvis and Buffer Platform, Buffer cant request BMD and source BMD at same time so i must use circuts here to alter things. When i request by circuts BMD are requested from anywhere, Nauvis included so im relaunch things from Nauvis anyway, its same as 2.0 with extra steps

and sure i have solution that require isolating rocket silos and working on 2 bot networks droping things to silos network on demand blacklisting BMD but thats a lot of circuits and infrastructure to something as silly as not relaunching just droped things

Another suggestion from Discord is a whitelist resp. availability list of items: instead of a blacklist to forbid available items, provide a whitelist of items, and only these are being offered to platforms (as long as they're available in the logistic network, of course).
