Rename "All" to "Both" in planet import menu

Simple reasoning is that "all" could imply that it it'll import from All planets (how I initially read it), whereas both just implies both previous options

Or change it to checkboxes. Also, the filter would benefit from multiple slots; let's say I have plenty of blue chips on both Fulgora and Vulcanus and I have a ship that tours inner planets before going to Aquilo. IIRC it's not possible right now to do import from multiple planets unless you use multiple logistic groups It's also very much not obvious that the filter can be removed with RMB, especially since it starts populated.
