[2.1.11] Setting request from in a constant combinator doesnt translate across circuit network.

When setting requests in a space platform using the circuit network through a radar on the space platform, the data about what planet to request it from doesn't carry over along the circuit network.
On the contrary, i think the real bug is that this window is even displaying at all. these requests were original made as requests on my space platform, I then attached them to the constant combination when trying to solve how to set planet requests for items set by the circuit network.
however, I would prefer to be able to send planet specific requests over the circuit network so that way I can remove about 10 combinations I have on my space platform. this is because I am trying to dynamically request items so the ship only takes what it needs, not a surplus.
