[2.1] Ability to stop research using the new lab circuit control

TL;DR
An option in the set research queue to stop research (remove the tech from the queue) based on a given condition.What?
Currently, if you set research, that research continues if you turn off setting the research via the lab, and it also continues if it is the last option in the list even if the condition allowing it is false. To stop the research, I have to turn off the lab setting the research so I can edit the queue, and then I have to edit the queue.It would be much cleaner if the set research GUI had the ability for me to specify if condition A is true, do this research, if condition B (likely but not necessarily A being false) is true, remove that research from the queue.
Why?
It is quite disconcerting to set a research to run only when I specific condition is met, and then have it cheerfully continue even when the condition turns false.Previously I have hooked up the lab inserters so that if I wanted to turn off research, the inserters stopped inserting science packs. When I saw the new set research feature, I was really looking forward to not having to hook up the inserters for all the labs.
