There should be an explanation in-game regarding how exactly logistics work between platforms

I'm no expert in this, so I guess a tooltip or a tutorial should suffice?
After checking the Tips and Tricks section, some associated videos failed to load due to my modlist, so it probably would be better if it's also explained in text

Why?
