[2.1.11] SA Solar Panels not outputting correct power values on different planets

1. What did you do?
I played the game on the latest experimental version.

2. What happened?
I noticed that my solar panels on Vulcanus and Gleba were not producing the correct amounts of power.

3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
For context all my solar panels are normal quality.

I expected the Vulcanus solar panels to produce up to 240 kW, and Gleba solar panels up to 30 kW (as shown in the orbital view you can see Vulcanus has 400% atmosphere solar power and Gleba has 50% atmosphere solar power). However they all produced up to 60 kW (just like on Nauvis).

4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I just noticed this bug today, though it might have been present earlier. I've been on Gleba with Heating tower/steam power for the past 10 hours or so of this save so I haven't been paying close attention to my Vulcanus base. I also tried turning off my third party mods but that had no effect on the bug. I don't recall this bug being present on the stable release [2.0.xx].

Thanks for the report however I'm not able to find what might have gone wrong here. Your save file has the solar power multiplier on each planet set to the default value of "100%". Do you know of any steps to get a working save file into this state?

Yeah I'm not quite sure what happened here either. I just tried loading an old version of that world I shared and also into a new creative world to check it for the bug there too. However, the solar panels are working correctly in both test cases. The only thing that I could think of that might have broken something is either the save migration to 2.1 or just enabling and disabling my mods (Disco science, Squeak Through 2, Bullet Trails, and Honk) several times. If there's anything else I can provide I'd be glad to see what I can do. Thank you for your time and in advance! :)
