giving labs a global and specific research option

I don't know if you would have to rework the current research system to handle this but i think it would be nice to have labs be able to focus one research (the infinite ones) while having another set of labs doing the global research (the one in the top right), it would let you research multiple things at the same time instead of having to re-select the next research to add to the queue repetitively
