[2.1.9] Potential crafting speed preview not taking into account quality upgrades

2.1.7 introduced a new feature where the crafting speed popup on the right side is affected by ghost buildings (i.e. beacons, modules...):
Steps to reproduce: place an assembler and set a recipe. Build a normal quality beacon and fill it with speed modules. Now, upgrade the beacon to any other quality. Notice that the ingredients per second doesn't change. The same goes for setting a request to upgrade the assembly machine itself.
Placing a ghost beacon next to the old beacon does affect the ingredients per second.
Let me know if I should attach a screenshot if the explanation is confusing.
Though I have noticed that upgrading the quality of a beacon or the assembly machine doesn't update the crafting speed.Changed tooltips to take ghosts into account when calculating potential crafting speed.
