Ability to unlock Remote control & Remote only vehicles.

Heya,
I would like to be able to unlock the ability to have Remote vehicle control as a technology unlock.
Along with this would be the ability to have a driverless, remote only vehicles. At the moment the game cannot allow a driverless and remote controllable vehicle as trying to access the remote will say there is 'no room for a driver.
Partly there may be a secondary boon for it to be called out or accessibility reasons. Players are not quite aware of it and figure it would be nice as a callout in the tech tree.
