Display platform's inventory when building

TL;DR
While building on a platform, the game could display, beside the cursor, the number of item in the hub's inventory.What?
What we have now:- building-platform-now.png (2.3 MiB) Viewed 91 times
What we could have (if the platform has 4 solar panels)
- building-platform-then.png (2.06 MiB) Viewed 91 times
Why?
- it's handy when the platform out of range of supply, which may happen in several situations
- it's particularly handy when reconfiguring in space after significant damages
- I think it's unambiguous
