Add separate logistic network controls for disabling harvesting and planting to agricultural towers

Hello,
as experimental version 2.1.7 added separate circuit network controls for disabling harvesting and planting to agricultural towers, I think it will be useful to add the same options for logistic network controls.
The use case for it could be a bot base, that makes towers harvest plants only when logistic network have less fruits than the set amount.
I understand, that it still can be done using circuit network with logistic content read from a roboport, but setting this option directly from logistic network control would be cleaner IMO.
