Extend Circuit Wire Color Selection to Constant Combinators

Make each group on constant combinators have red/green output checkboxes. This would allow them to output different things on each color, while also allowing some groups to affect both. This is functionally the same as 2 constant combinators, but this is QOL, so why not make things even easier

This would add UI clutter for something very few people might use, so maybe it's not worth it.
