decider combinator not displaying parameters

when you select a parameter via factoriopedia with q and put them in decider combinators it only appears visually once they exist are configurable however visually its not visible during the open window
this image displays the problem just as fine the empty slots are filled with parameters as shown by the alt mode and top image however its not visible otherwise
