the parameters to be able to be applied on arithmetic combinators

why?

some of the designs might use purely arithmetic combinators for just math and they might depend on parameters based on what you are calculating in the image there you can see 2 different uses for artithemic combinators and since parameter isnt applyable you need to manually adjust the output can be changed of course but the input is item dependent with mods this will be more applicable than vanilla factorio but still qol feature
