While the machine is running an is circuit controlled and is giving out an recipe it is flickering with the other recipes.

this could be avoided if the input and the output signal could be controlled

I can see you're playing on version 2.1, which added color selection for circuit in- and output wires. You should take a closer look at your assemblers circuit control settings or read FFF 443.
