Hello,
Playing on my own server. Connected VIA LAN.
No additional mods.

Landed on Gleba, copied Nuclear from Nauvis. Ploped down paste, was making some pipes when got desynced.

I am afraid that without any extra details this will be one of those "1/0 magic" reports, because you are suggesting that it happened after blueprint was built on gleba, however desync points at an oil refinery on vulcanus doing simple coal liquefaction. Only common part between what you built and what desynced is fluids since oil refinery desync was around fluid amounts and on gleba you were building nuclear reactor with steam turbines and heat exchangers.
