Reproduce:

1. Fill your space platform cargo with anything
2. Request some more
3. Error message says "Not enough to fill one rocket"


I think it should say "not enough cargo space available" or something. The message stays the same even after the cargo rockets have arrived.

EDIT: Another case is when all the rockets are reserved for something else. My science ship arrived and all the silos start sending science up. It says the "Not enough to fill one rocket" for other ships requesting stuff.

A similar enough issue to share here too: completed rockets filled with Gleba Science regularly refuse to launch if an inserter has removed spoilage while the ship is waiting. This wasn't an issue in 2.0, converting the save over to 2.1.9 is when the issue began.
