I observed that is a few item tooltips, that spoilage info is incorrect
According to this one carbon fiber spoils into spoilage. I expect no spoilage

In this one pentapod egg spoils both into spoilage and immature pentapod. I expect only immature pentapod

I understand that this additional spoilage effect may be a result of spoiling the recipe ingredients for an item, but if so, this is in direct contradiction with the following one, where we can observe - in both places: recipe and item - effect of spoiled product, not an ingredient
Copper bacteria spoils into copper ore

Thanks for the report however the purpose of the "Trash" line ("Efekt gnicia" in polish locale) is to show all potential extra items that may appear inside of a crafting machine and needs to be taken care of in case they would appear inside of a crafter. It includes spoil products of both ingredients and products which means in case of carbon fibers it correctly shows spoilage ("zgnilizna") as possible item that may appear in a crafting machine because it may be ingredient that spoils before being consumed and is moved to a trash inventory of an assembler.
