autosave_enabled but for manual saves

I would love a version of autosave_enabled (https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/cla ... ve_enabled) that also allows disabling manual saves, which would grey out the save button in the menu.
Setting saves_enabled to false would NOT imply autosaves are disabled, so that they can both be enabled/disabled independently if a mod maker wishes
Why?
I would love to make a roguelike type scenario, something like "Build for 15 minutes with pre-researched techs, then survive 1 night against a huge biter hoard with limited resources", and while it's generally okay that people can save normally, I think the experience would be better if it had the ability to prevent players from undoing their mistakes so easily in this context.
That wouldn't handle something like exit saves, but it's good enough for my needs.
