Why don't you insert the mash and jelly directly into the bioflux? I personally limit how many of them are crafted, i.e. one or two crafts maximum in the machine, as long as you keep consuming the bioflux or take it away, the jelly and mash should never get stale. Bringing it through a tiny sushi belt seems to only shorten their freshness.
It seems you need the mash to nutrients for backup, but it should be enough to have one biochamber doing that and every subsequent row feed off of the nutrients from the one next to it when cold starting (not during runtime, ofc.)
Both should safe you some complexity and freshness.

I like to do the direct insertion for the nutrients used in the egg recipe, too, because it requires such a high throughput.
