The new radar feature to allow circuit connection between planets is amazing. I think it would be even cooler if it was something you had to unlock via tech- Perhaps a space science technology? It could even be a weird one like "health" where the research isn't the full collection of sciences, instead using just a few:
- Space Science
- Utility Science
- Logistic Science

I think this would be better for two reasons:
1) It would feel more impactful after having to unlock it
2) It would limit the scope of the radar's UI before interplanetary travel is even possible, which especially helps avoid overwhelming new players

The main reason I have in favor of this is making people aware that the feature exists.
On the other hand, I am not sure locking something behind a research that only affects players using the circuit network is a good idea. (Having proposed a similar thing a couple days ago...)
