No idea where to leave this: unhappy with 2.1

I am on the experimental branch, and i am quite unhappy with some of the changes.
one the biter expansions. i appriciate there is a discussion going on about this. but i am not unhappy that expansions now are larger. i am unhappy that expansions now spawn behind my defenses in areas biters should not be able to reach.
i HATE this. it makes no sense and it frequently forces me to travle back to nauvice to fix issues i feel i did all i could to to prevent.
the second change i am VERY unhappy with is rocket loading. I DO appriciate the option that rockets can use mixed loads. i can be nice espeically when building new platforms.
but the systems just seeems so poorly implemented.
one issue: if i request 100 of something, the game will just send 10 if thats what i currently have and then just sends 10 rockets. this of course makes things extremely inefficient. any overhead there was before the change for oversupplying is blown up by a magnitude now.
it gets even worse if i request different items at one time. because then the game will decide to mix rockets even if i request multiple of rocket loads and then oversupply.
there does not seem to be a way to prevent this. even if i specify a custom minimum rocket size of one rocket load, the game will ignore this if it feelts like it.
this just sucks. where it was a very predictable but - in fringe cases - wasteful system before, it now is total chaos and always wasteful.
well. if it was just for the rockets i mighty just shrug and wonder what you where rolling, build more rocket silos and ignore the problem. but this expansions spawning behind my defenses is just klling it for me.
