[2.1.9][Steam Deck] Toolbar obscures GUI elements

As the pictures show, when playing on the Steam Deck, the toolbar sits 'on top' of certain GUI elements, like the train schedule or information on the right of the screen.

This is especially problematic for interacting with schedules, such as in the attached example of wanting to delete the 'Passenger Present' condition, as I have to change the interface scaling from the default 100% down to a much harder to read on such a small screen 75% before I can edit those items.

I have duplicated this behaviour with and without mods, in both gaming and desktop modes.

By coincidence I was reading the 2.1.9 release thread after making this bug report and saw a link to this post:

Could this be related? I can't set less than 10 otherwise I'd try it out.

Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. The steam deck is not an official supported platform and has a resolution below the minimum required for how every GUI was designed. As such, you may experience things like this. If it bothers you - you can reduce the UI scale, or play on a higher resolution device that meets the minimum requirements.
