[2.1.9] Incomplete Frozen Pumpjacks

The pumpjacks on Aquilo do not have frozen graphics for their new rotations. Also some rotations are using the wrong sprite. (See the left most pumpjack for example. Fluid Output Box is upper-right Rightwards, but is using the lower-right Rightwards graphic)
