[2.1.9] Steam engine tooltip and animation are wrong

1. See nauvis steam power.
2. Only some steam engines animate and all show same 956 or 0 watt output although two on right side are actually producing ~30kw
3. Third row of 4 rows of engines animate and show 956 watt output although nothing consumes power

Thanks for the report. Everything here is working correctly simply you have some steam engines that aren't connected to the rest of them.

Specifically the wire I've highlighted red is *not* connected to the wires I've highlighted green - but is just draped across it and visually looks like it should be. If you take a copper wire and connect either side of the red wire to any of those electric poles it will all merge into one network - then you will see the expected drain from the inserters within that network.

As for the power values you're seeing - those are correct for what those steam engines are connected to (2 standard inserters idle power draw split across 132 steam engines). The displays are in watts not kw (not the w vs kw).
