I want to make a mod that adds infinite research which would increase the speed of thrusters.
This is currently not possible to do with the API.

Additionally, having a specific part of the quality prototype that would affect thruster scaling would be nice.

Add technology modifier for thruster speed / efficiency / fluid consumption
